    I can’t wait to listen to these audiobooks, they all sound fabulous and intriguing! When I get audiobooks and finish them I like to donate them to our local retirement home! For many of the residents who remember before TV became commonplace in people’s homes there were radio shows that were akin to listening to audiobooks, and hence the pleasure of listening to stories read by other’s is wonderful entertainment!

        Just visit a local assisted living/nursing home, they would be more than happy to accept them. The National Association for the Blind provides both special tape recorders and tapes for the blind supplying books on tape including popular books and text books, although they are not as good as books produced by audio book company’s like Random House that utilize actors and the actual authors.

    Would love to win. Both my sister and I won books a few months ago (the same title – she lives in Mississippi I live in Iowa and neither of us knew the other had requested!) Well that got me thinking about friends & family who don’t have money for books (neither do I but I’d rather skip a meal than not have books!) So I started a book club where we can share books.
