6 Books to Help You Rock Your New Year’s Resolutions

Break up with your phone, jumpstart that side hustle, and find your way to lasting wellness.

New Year's Resolutions

I love a good New Year’s resolution. There’s something about the start of a new year that makes me feel like I have a completely clean slate and can accomplish anything if I set my mind to it. I’m feeling especially ambitious in 2018: I’m attempting to do Whole30 in January—ignoring bagels and pizza in favor of fresh veggies and fruits. I also want to get to the gym (way) more, take control of my own health, get my side hustle in gear, and stop mindlessly scrolling on my phone. These six books will help support me in my goals and teach me everything I need to know. Pick up one of these reads as you focus on your own resolutions for 2018!
