What I’m Reading: Tara Westover

Tara Westover, author of the riveting memoir Educated, shares three books that she's been loving recently.

Tara Westover is no ordinary woman. She endured an extreme upbringing that not many can imagine. Born to a survivalist family, she prepared for the end of the world, was barred from attending school, and never even saw a doctor.

Determined to break free from it all, Tara began a quest for knowledge and eventually, went on to earn a PhD from Cambridge University. Tara’s remarkable memoir, Educated, documents all of these experiences.

Watch Tara in the video below to hear what books she’s loving and recommends to others, spanning memoirs and short stories.
