The Papercuts video team hit the streets of Brooklyn during the Brooklyn Book Festival to ask these unsuspecting passersby if they could identify what the plot of Karla Rae Whitaker’s debut novel The Animators is just by looking at the cover.
Here at Read it Forward, we were captivated by the bright stripes of what looks to be a film strip bleeding into a road that leads to nowhere…and the image certainly got these folks guessing as well!
