HOW TO ENTER Limit one entry per IP address. No purchase necessary. Enter by filling out the form between 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) November 5, 2015, and 11:59 P.M. (Eastern Time) on November 11, 2015. Sponsor is not responsible for computer malfunctions, including but not limited to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line failure; or theft, destruction or unauthorized access to entrant’s computer. Forms that contain errors, are incomplete, corrupted or illegible will not be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries from anyone tampering with the entry process.

ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are the age of 18 or older at time of entry. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, Penguin Random House LLC and any subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes or to be a winner of the sweepstakes.

WINNER SELECTION: Five (5) winners will be chosen at random by November 13, 2015, from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will notify Winners by emailing. Winners will be required to provide his/her valid shipping address for mailing of the prize.
